Zig Zag Badlands Buffalo Beanie
I ordered a large order after Christmas, there was nothing on their website that indicated they were closed or not shipping merchandise, after weeks of trying to email and tell them I need to cancel as I am leaving to go overseas, no one responded and instead weeks later they shipped my order to accommodation I am no longer staying at (as am now overseas and tried to tell them that multiple times after they failed to ship my order in a timely manner) I will most likely never recover the items. What is most frustrating is the fact that even though I sent multiple emails over multiple days, no one answered, whether they were busy or simply don’t care about their customers I’m unsure. But I would not recommend. For a local brand I expected more but there is NO customer service whatsoever.
