CAN I MAKE CHANGES TO MY ORDER?

Changing your shipping address, adding or removing an item, or canceling your order entirely?

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

After your order ships, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation with your tracking number. You can find tracking information in your Order Details. 

Change your mind? No worries, we do accept returns on items that have not been worn or damaged. Please read the fine print below.


The Fine Print: 

We accept all merchandise returned in its original condition up to 7 days after the date of purchase. If making a return, refunds can be issued to either the original form of payment or store credit. Please allow between 1-2 weeks for processing.

To make a return, simply include your name, order number, and preferred refund method (the original form of payment or store credit) and send it back to:

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP? 

  • All orders will ship from our Black Hills fulfillment center within 2-3 business day.
  • We take pride in our quick shipping, so if you need to make a change to your order, please let us know as soon as possible.

WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?

Domestic Orders 

  • Orders under $99 are flat rate $5.95 for shipping
  • Orders $99+ ship free
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout

 Canadian Orders 

  • Orders $40 and under are flat rate $10 for shipping
  • Orders $40+ are flat rate $20
  • Expedited shipping is available at checkout

 All Other International Orders 

  • Orders $40 and under are flat rate $20 for shipping
  • Orders $40+ are flat rate $35

 HELP! TRACKING SAYS MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED BUT I CAN'T FIND IT! 

If your tracking information shows your order was delivered but you are unable to locate it within 48 hours of the expected delivery, follow these steps: 

  • Verify your shipping address
  • Check if there was an attempted delivery
  • Look around the delivery location (if in an apartment, double-check with the front desk)
  • Double-check if someone else accepted the delivery
  • Wait 48 hours – in rare instances, packages may show as 'delivered' up to 48 hours prior to delivery

 HELP! I FORGOT TO APPLY A PROMO CODE TO MY ORDER!

Discount codes, unfortunately, cannot be retroactively applied after your order has been submitted. Please email us at contact@sodakclothing.com to cancel your original order and place a new order using your discount code.
